So you’ve tried Yoga, practice Yoga, and Love that balanced Zen feeling you get after? Enlightened once more. Internally through the soul into the Universe.. and that physical challenge it brings to you. You find yourself upside down, body parts tied in pretzel shape, and you mumble ‘What am I doing with my life?!?!?’ For the joy of blood rushing to your head and finding that core balance, you thank yourself later for doing your body good.

Maybe it’s time to kick it up a notch, or if regular Yoga is too slow for you, try practicing Yoga in a 110 degree room for 90 minutes. Bikram Yoga always teaches the same 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. The first 30 minutes on standing balancing poses, the 2nd half on the most heated poses leading to Trikonasana (triangle pose) and the last 3rd on the floor in backbends. You are virtually working out every part of your body.

It’s a pretty intense workout, and I guarantee you leave feeling like a brand new person with pounds of sweat & toxins gushed out. You will feel the sore for a few days and it’s so well worth it!
