This Book was handed down to me on the last day of my trip in India. I had been hanging out with these Brits I befriended for the 3 days I was in Goa. I could tell by the scribbles throughout the book, numbers written & email addresses, that I wasn’t the first to have it. I had no clue what this book was about, nor was there a caption in the back. All was told from the funny, old Penguin-obsessed Brit was “I can’t tell you what it’s about. Just read it, You’ll thank me later.”

So I did. A very fast read indeed. Less than 120 pages of easy read any 3rd grader may comprehend. Oftentimes, simplicity & innocence can deliver messages better than any other form. Such as a child’s sincere smile.

I recommend this short read. Although they did make a film in 2008, which I have not seen. I’m sure it’s a spectacular film, but they say books are always better. Either way, Here’s a Trailer to the movie for those of you who’d rather watch it:
